Srinivasa is a career telecom professional and brings over 28 years of experience in the areas of technology, business operations, vendor management, business transformation and mergers acquisitions across geographies and cultures. He was the MD & CEO of Visafone Communications Ltd, Nigeria before turning as an entrepreneur. He is an Electronics & Telecommunications Engineer and started his career as an Indian Telecom Service Officer of 1986 batch. He holds an MBA from MDI, Gurgaon and has done executive leadership programs from Wharton, Cornell and IIMA. Srinivasa is a technology geek and has built successful green field businesses in India & Indonesia. He has strong operational experience spanning different roles in emerging markets. Srinivasa will be responsible for Technology, Procurement and Investor Relations in homepecked.com.

Parag is an accomplished international management executive and a turn-around & emerging market specialist. He has 19 years of experience across Telecom, Banking, Advertising & Real Estate in different continents. Parag was conferred the Africa Brand Leadership Award for 2014 by World CSR Congress. He is also a Sam Meek leader (a global leadership congress within JWT) and an experienced and accomplished marketer. His last stint was with Visafone Communications, Nigeria as Chief Marketing Officer and Enterprise Business Head. He is counterintuitive, with proven credentials in building sustainable & profitable operations out of new business initiatives. He looks after Marketing, Investor Relations and Buyer eco-system at homepecked.com. Parag is an MBA from SCMS, Cochin and has also done an MDP from IIMA in Advance Data Analytics.

Samrat has worked for nearly twenty years across Durables, FMCG, Consulting, Advertising & Real Estate in different markets and geographies. Samrat has a strong real estate domain knowledge having spent the last ten years of his career in the sector in senior executive roles covering all of South India. His last stint was with World Trade Centre, Nigeria as Sales & Marketing Head. Samrat has a strong understanding of the dynamics of this complex industry and has a strong network of connections amongst the Real estate stakeholders like builders, suppliers, interior designers, architects, consultants, contractors etc. Samrat will look after the Seller Eco-system and Business Development in homepecked.com, in addition to Investor Relations. Samrat is an MBA in Marketing from IISWBM, Kolkata and a graduate of Hansraj College, Delhi University.
