Return and Refund Policy
The role of homepecked is that of an intermediary, where the platform facilitates Buyers to source required products and services from the relevant Suppliers. Homepecked does not assume responsibility for the Products and/or services provided by the Supplier. The Website is only a platform that can be utilized by Users to reach a larger and target base to buy and sell Products and the contract for sale of any of the Products or Services shall be a contract only between the Buyers and the Suppliers. Accordingly, Return and Refund policy is stated below;
Products are returnable within the applicable return window as and if specified by the Supplier, only if the Buyer has received the products in a condition that is physically damaged, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Homepecked platform as per the return and refund policy of the Supplier who has fulfilled the Order. However, in the unlikely event, the Buyer is provided a damaged or a different Product or Service, then the Supplier is liable to replace the Product or Service and Homepecked is not liable for such damage.
All actions pertaining to cancellation and subsequent refunds or returns from thereon shall be subject to the policies of the Seller.
Subject to the Terms and Conditions for usage of homepecked platform and other policies of Suppliers, homepecked shall facilitate all complaints and disputes from buyers pertaining to products and/or services purchased on homepecked platform and such complaints and disputes shall be addressed and/or resolved by homepecked in accordance with the policies and turnaround times specified by the Suppliers on the product detail page.
Homepecked does not assume any liability for any loss, pilferage, theft, non-delivery or damage of the Products or Services which is beyond the control of Homepecked. Buyers shall not instigate any suit for any type of remedy against Homepecked for such loss, pilferage, theft, non-delivery or damage of the Products and Services availed by them.
